We booked Hughes Caterers for our wedding party. We had street food carts with BBQ, Mexican and a cheese tower cake. They catered for 130 guests, some of which had some very complex dietary requirements and it all went down an absolute treat. The food tasted incredible and the presentation was amazing. We used Hughes Caterers for our son's 21st birthday which was in a marquee at home. From the first contact with Jen the service we received was A1. All our ideas were incorporated. Jen gave us some other suggestions which were very professional. On the night , everything went like clockwork. All the staff were smart in their uniforms, food was tip top. Lots of lovely comments from our guests. Hughes also ran the bar for us on the night. This ran smoothly and efficiently with minimal wait time to be served. Stocked a good selection too!
