Q&As

Being able to help people who are suffering from the effects of anxiety, stress and mild depression. it gives me great satisfaction when they tell me that things are improving

I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks in 2009 and eventually discovered AT and took a course which greatly helped me. I was so impressed by how easy it had been to do the daily exercises that I decided to take the time to learn how to teach AT, which I did the following year. if it had helped me so much that ideally I could help others to help themselves.

Everyone must make their own mind up about what is best for them. I cannot and will not make any promises however AT has proved to be extremely helpful and beneficial to so many people with problems relating to anxiety, stress and mild depression. I totally believe in its potential benefits and will do whatever I can to help you learn how to practise AT.
