Tony is the person I dealt with here, and I'm happy I did so. FYI, mostly Spanish spoken by the workers. The office staff I dealt with by phone seemed very fluent in English. I speak both fluently, but prefer English. So the men came out to look at the HVAC unit, at 18 years old we knew we may need a new one. I got some pretty good competitive rates from a few people. This company wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. I wanted something additional done, & Tony explained to me I could spend the money on it but that it wasn't entirely necessary because of the size of my house. Ended up saving me $1500. The workers were respectful of my children and my property. They took precautionary measures to ensure my carpet was protected. Upon completion, they walked through with me to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. They also made sure I understood the new thermostat and the new filter process. My children are now able to deal with the summer heat in peace! I recommend them to anyone who needs. Financing available. More...
