Our hot tub was in a terrible state when we moved into our new house in February. Hot tub doctors attended and had the tub looking brand new and found it reasonably priced for the service provided. One of the 3 pumps on our hot tub stopped working. I contacted Hot tub doctors and arranged a date for them to come out. Simon messaged the day before with an approximate eta. He also messaged through the day to update the eta, and arrived as promised. After checking the control panel, he then swapped the suspected faulty pump with another pump and found that the pump was ok. Further checks showed that a fuse hidden among the wiring under the tub had blown. Unfortunately Simon did not have the correct size fuse, so he put the tub back together, so that it was usable, and arranged to return the next day. Next morning,Saturday, he returned and fitted the fuse. A journey of 80 miles. Fantastic service. More...

I have a Jacuzzi and was unable top get a control replacement from Jacuzzi due to it being obsolete, I called Hot Tub Doctor and they found a replacement from another product and fitted it to my tub. works carried out quickly and tub now works great. A huge thank you to Jerry, Tom and all the team at Hot Tub Doctors. I can't thank them enough for all the help they have given us regarding our hot tub. We recently had to have a new cover, Tom came out, measured the hot tub for us and put the order in. Within 8 weeks approximately it arrived in this country. I got a text from Jerry and it was delivered and fitted yesterday. A beautifully made leather cover in the colour we asked for, fit the tub perfectly just like a glove. From start to finish I can't thank the team at Hot Tub Doctors enough. We paid a deposit of half and the other half on delivery and received confirmation of payment straight away. Excellent service from everyone, thank you for your hard work and for taking the time to explain the chemical side of things to me. If you go to the shop/warehouse the team are always on hand to answer any questions and they have an excellent selection of supplies, including filters, test strips, and the smellies are amazing. Jerry and Simon are in a league of their own. We were phoned prior to their appointment to confirm their arrival and to check that everything was in place. On the install day they arrived promptly and clearly described the order of work. They seamlessly installed the heat pump into the Wellis swim spa and optimised the performance and reduced the overall current consumption to levels we were pleasantly surprised with. When everything was finished they clearly described the Swim Spa operation and explained the chemical schedules, allowing us to video the whole thing for future reference. Had a problem with xm1 control box. Spoke to Jerry who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent box up to Jerry for testing, proved it was faulty. He gave me a couple of options and I went for the easier option of a new Xm2 unit. Jerry set this up for me and was delivered within a couple of days. Fitted and now the hot tub is back working. Excellent. Great communication from start to finish, even out of hours. They went above and beyond a month after the initial repair as the hot tub stopped working again due to another fault not related to the 1st fault. Easy fix for them and they fixed this free of charge. This was a fuse being overloaded and they adjusted the heat settings on the hot tub to overcome this. From start to finish these guys are pure professionals. Phoned up with a problem a leak and problems with water not heating . The gentleman on the other end remembered me from before looked at the photos taken and quickly organised a engineer to visit. Engineer came found the leak and fixed it. All done from start to finish within his allotted time. Waited for the tub to heat itself up to 38c and now we are back in and enjoying the tub again. Can’t give these guys enough praise.
