What’s your signature dish?
Beautifully looking canapés of all types - warm, cold, seafood, meat, vegetarian & sweet - as well as owl-food and sharing boards.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We'd love to offer the opportunity to experience a different Italian, not the one that offers Spaghetti with chicken (really, it doesn't exist such a thing!) but the one that comes from Italian's traditions with a pinch of contemporary and modern combinations.
What do you love most about your job?
The bespoke experience we provide to our clients. Indeed, our commitment is to not compromise on the quality of ingredients we use for our Italian catering service: whether you're planning your wedding, business event or organizing an intimate dinner, we'll make sure that food experience will be top notch.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've founded Hostaria to offer a unique Italian catering experience for any type of event, big or small; we specialize in bespoke menus for private parties & corporate events as well as weddings.
