Yum yum yum yum! It was a very slow day at the Orange County Marketplace with most of the vendors anticipating rain. Never the less there were about ten food vendors there. One which we could smell from the other side of the swap meet.A distant whiff of something amazing. Closer we walked, and now we could pick up the cinnamon glaze scent guiding us to this booth. We find a small sales  table with some free samples and with one taste I am hooked. They were freshly cinnamon glazed almonds and they were still warm. Normally $5 he gave us an early discount of $4 a bag. At that price we bought two bags. These are the perfect little morsals for when you want a snack or have a sweet tooth. They were a burst of cinnamon sweetness and crunchy. The almond taste however is not over powered. They are sweet but not so sweet you feel like your going to get a sugar rush.  Just the perfect amount of sweet to nut.  If you are looking for a unique sweet treat head on down and give them a try. They also have a couple of other nuts they glaze. ..but I am an almond guy and could not be happier. More...
