About

Selecting a picture frame needn’t be a daunting task, whether you have original art, prints or family photos, we can guide you in finding the right balance of style and budget for the framing.

We are not a high-volume internet framer, instead we hand make your frame, onsite, at our Claydon Courtyard workshop with the care and attention to detail that will allow you to enjoy your artwork for many years to come.

I have taken around 6 valued pictures to Horizon for framing. They have all been attended to with creative flair and precision. They always go the extra mile to get the frame and mount just right. I will be back! More...

Excellent framers, not necessarily the cheapest but good quality frames and framing.

Q&As

We get to see some amazing artworks from some incredible artists in both print and original form which is fantastic in itself, but what gives us the most pleasure is the reactions that we get from our clients when they see their completed frame for the first time.

Claydon Estate are developing and promoting Claydon Courtyard as an Arts Hub for Buckinghamshire, we wanted to work in a place that inspires creativity with some amazing people and artists and we have not been disappointed.

We are located in the grounds of Claydon House in North Buckinghamshire. Claydon’s incredible Courtyard was once the bustling heart of the Estate. It housed workshops, stables, coach houses, estate stores, the laundry, brew house and staff accommodation. Built in 1746 it is steeped in tradition and is now a hub for events, arts and crafts and is home to an eclectic range of shops and businesses.

Tradition is at our heart which is why we are members of the Fine Art Trade Guild and why we complete all frames by hand in our workshop/gallery where the work doesn't leave until it is collected by the client. We like to think that this is also why over half of the frames we make are to existing customers.

Give us a try, we are confident you won't be dissapointed.
