Emma was great from start to finish - we found her through a recommendation at our vets and are so happy we opted to have her cat sit for our 4 month old kitten rather than send him to the cattery. Not only did she come and play with him and feed him every day but also cleaned up after he smashed a plant pot and she picked up our post!

We were worried about leaving him for the first time but Emma was really professional and put our mind at ease on her first visit - and when we came back to our little rascal kitten he had even ended left with a couple of new toys!

Highly recommended and much better to leave a cat in their home where they're happy, we'll definitely continue to use Emma whenever we're away now.

Little Cara came to us from rescue in November. She was the saddest little girl and broke our hearts. Apart from physical issues she also had psychological issues. Very traumatised she would bark endlessly. I don't work so she was never left, and I also have another gorgeous dog who is very laid back and gentle, so she wasn't being threatened by him. She would often 'go' for him and bite his face.
To cut a long story short, I called on Emma for help. We had a 2 hour visit and follow up e-mails. The difference in her is amazing. She has calmed down so much. The barking is far easier to control now. As Emma said Cara 'was broken and needed fixing'.
We went through strategies to adopt re. her feeding and barking. I can't recommend Emma highly enough. I won't hesitate to turn back to her for help if I ever need it!

Emma has been helping me to train my two dachshunds. She has a fantastic way with them - I was lead to believe that Daxi's were untrainable - and certainly believed that of my little Obi - however it turns out he is a star pupil and absolutely loves his training sessions. Things that had started to become a little stressful - people ringing the doorbell, the post man coming - are no stress at all now. Even the cats are starting to see the benefit of the training - they are no longer being barked at constantly and I really do believe that eventually, I will be able to have cats and dogs living harmoniously. I can't thank Emma enough for the time and effort she has put in - it is always really useful to have an email following our sessions with my homework for the next week too. Thank you! I definitely recommend.... More...

I have attended Emma's Adolescent and Puppy classes and also her Puppy Social Walks. I thoroughly enjoyed all of them. All were very informative and my dogs and I had a lot of fun. Emma makes the classes fun and relaxed and is a friendly, approachable instructor. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone with a new puppy or with a cheeky adolescent. It makes all the difference having the support of someone who has the knowledge to see you through the teenage stage More...

Emma is utterly amazing! Our two young cats had been traumatised by a cattery stay and so we were looking for an alternative. The cats were happy and relaxed in their own home and Emma devised lots of games to stop boredom and to entertain. Emma also looked after our guinea pigs beautifully. It was great knowing someone was checking on the house twice a day, while we were away. I can thoroughly recommend Emma! More...

Emma is simply the best and I say this because I've been through a few who clearly didn't care for my cats. Emma has been looking after my two Siamese (Koko & Kiki) for about 2 years now. They are predominantly indoor cats but have access to the back garden. Kiki has an eating problem with food allergies so I have ensure she eats only cat food with non-additives. Emma understands and takes care to ensure they both eat only the foods I leave for them and allows them some time to run around the garden.

I know she really does care for my babies when I'm away and indeed all animals that are left in her care - without doubt, she LOVES her animals!

I can tell my two love her company - I should be jealous that they never seem to miss me when I'm away but actually it means that I can go away and not worry. She always sends me a little update with a photo which is much appreciated.

It's also important that I feel good about leaving her with the keys to my home, knowing that all is safe and secure in her very capable and caring hands.

Thanks Emma

Emma is fantastic! She looks after our two cats when we go on holiday, coming to our house once in the morning and once in the evening to feed them and have a little play. My cats are real scaredy cats and previous cat sitters couldn't even get them to come out from under the bed but since Emma started they have so much fun with her. I love the photos and messages we get letting us know they are happy so we don't worry while we are away. I highly recommend her More...

We first met Emma at the local vet puppy party/socialisation evenings and subsequently signed up to her block of Puppy Classes. Having owned German Shepherds for almost 20 years we have attended a variety of dog training classes - one of the first things that stood out about Emma was that our first classes were in a real environment with real distractions which not only built confidence in our Pup but also our confidence handling her in public spaces. Emma takes time to understand the personalities she is working with and adapts her approach and lessons to each dog something we felt was incredibly valuable. On top of that and perhaps most importantly; Emma has to be the most ethical trainer and behaviourist we have met and worked with, everything she does and teaches is based on positive reinforcement with a view to making the dog feel safe and secure. She takes the time to explain things properly and in detail which helps them truly understand their canine companions better. We have thoroughly enjoyed moving into the Adolescent Classes and look forward to working with Emma in the New Year. More...

I met Emma today with my little Pip today for a 1:1 walk and socialise. Pip was a nervous pooch at times and hadn’t had much socialising or training until we rescued her. Emma and Sookie were amazing! In just under an hour it was like seeing a different dog, and I feel so much more confident with walking her and starting to train her now! Thank you Emma and Sookie!! More...

We have just completed the Level 1 Scentwork Course with Emma and really enjoyed it! Emma is so patient, the classes are (appropriately) small which means you can get individual attention and every dog & owner is getting the most out of each session. Emma clearly really enjoys what she does, which is infectious, and you can't help but have fun in the "crime scene searches"! We are so glad we found the classes and can't wait to start level 2! We've just completed Emma's six week puppy class with our girl Maggie and I could not recommend the class with Emma enough. The classes taught us some quick, easy and effective training tips which have helped Maggie find her way in the world and show strong signs of becoming a polite, content and more importantly well socialised dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone introducing a new puppy to their home and we'll definitely be bringing Maggie to adolescent class in six weeks time! Emma - thank you! x More...

Emma is an absolute gem! She has looked after my three cats on multiple occasions when we have been away. The first time was for three weeks - obviously being away from that long made me nervous but she consistently put my mind at ease, sending me pictures often and emailing updates. When we got back, they were better behaved than ever. She also introduced us to the world of interactive feeding toys that are great stimulation for indoor cats, and gave us a toy to keep! Also, she doesn’t charge more for multiple animals, a bonus with more than two cats and is extremely reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any one, any animal. If any one wants to contact me directly to ask about her cat sitting services, please do! More...
