Outstanding service from Neil and his team. Huge choice of carpets and great advice on choosing the best one for us (we had our whole house recarpetted). The carpet fitters turned up when they said they would, were hardworking and very helpful - couldn't fault them, especially as we have so much "stuff" - lots of books and furniture. Neil done my kitchen floor when I lived in Carlisle at bower street he came to my house with the samples and gave me a price and I was very happy to pay I can't complain he done a great job and a great price I will use him again without a doubt I highly recommend him to anybody.

Neil and the other staff in the shop were fantastic, friendly and patient (even with my indecisiveness and me wanting a 'squidgy' carpet! Haha) and gave me great advice (I've never bought a carpet before).The fitters were punctual, professional and polite and did a great job, totally transformed my living room, stairs and landing and I'm delighted with the result.
