Hi!! My name is Lydia, A Fine Art University Student. From a very young age I have always been surrounded by animals, most importantly dogs! I've always loved dogs, How could you not?! They are the sweetest, most loving animal and best companion.
My art course is not very demanding and I do have a lot of spare time on my hands. I care for a lot of plants but have an issue of giving them too much love and attention, luckily too much attention does not exist for dogs! As being a student away from home I do very much miss company from my furry pups, therefore becoming a dog sitter is a win/win situation as I get the joy of looking after your dog and you get a reliable, fun & trust worthy companion for your furry friend when you need me.
I am happy to look after more than one dog as I have four cheeky doggies at home in Essex so any less or more would not be a struggle, More the merrier! I am comfortable with small or large dogs and had experience with looking after both. I have looked after many people’s pets in the past and grow a close bond with them, many people like to call me a ‘dog whisper’ haha ? . My neighbours’ dog was an ex dog racer. This fearful greyhound was very shy and did not enjoy interacting with new people, however after a few walks and afternoons with myself she opened up and started to become more confident. This gave me a lot of joy and I would not shy away from looking after any dogs even if they might need more attention.
Bringing a furry friend to my everyday schedule would benefit myself as much it would for your dog as I do love a good long walk! I have moved so I now live in a 2 bed flat with a balcony. Burley Park is very near so the pups will still get to enjoy the park and grass.
Your furry friends would have a blast here at Ashville and I cannot wait to meet them!
PLEASE NOTE- I am currently away studying abroad. I will be available after July 1st when I move into my new Flat. Hope to see you all then! :)
