Great vets. All the staff are really friendly and polite and love making a fuss of the dogs that walk through the door.I definitely recommend taking your pets here, the vets actually take the time to talk to you, they explain everything they're going to be doing and tell you all about the treatments required. Other veterinary practices that I've been to in the past just seem to want to get you in and straight back out and take your money, whilst Murphy and Co seem to go out of their way to help you. I took my little dog Spud to Murphy's Vets whilst holidaying in Llandudno. He had become poorly on a Saturday morning. I Googled local vets & found Murphy's. I telephoned to speak to someone about my poorly dog. They were amazing. They arranged for me to take Spud to them straight away. The Vet i saw was so caring & attentive to my little dog. She knew how worried i was about his condition, and reassured me. Spud had fantastic treatment on that day, also with further medications for a further five days. We had 5 star treatment from Heather when we needed emergency treatment for our beloved cat Millie. Opening the surgery within 20 mins very early on a Sunday morning 2 weeks ago saved our little girl's life. We thank you so much Heather, you are a star. Badger fell ill on holiday in Snowdonia...his favourite place for holidays! We found Holmes & Murphy through the Google reviews and bypassed many more local vets to bring him to Llandudno.
We were absolutely right to do so. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
We wanted to thank Sarah Holmes, and everyone at Holmes & Murphy, for all they've done for Badger and us and to recommend the practice to anyone living or holidaying in North Wales.
The three of us were treated with outstanding professionalism, sensitivity, and kindness and, although he was a temporary patient, Badger couldn’t have been in better hands.
