My son just had his first year end piano recital, and I thought it would be a good time to write a review. First of all, it was a wonderful show from beginner to jaw-dropping talented, you could tell that Miss Cindy knows how to teach at every level. We love Miss Cindy! Since our first contact, she has always been warm and professional. She has a great way with kids not only in demeanor, but in her teaching strategies. The lessons are fun, engaging, just challenging enough, and always moving from one thing to the next. For example she has kids learn about music history and listen to/watch classical greats, play music educational games, swap teacher/student roles, play duets, and incorporate both review of old/favorite songs and work on new songs and lessons. My son loves going to his lesson every week, and sees himself doing piano for years to come. Nothing more I could ask for. More...
