What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in schools and businesses proving holistic tools to help with big emotions, I wanted to expand this to anyone who feels isolated, lonely or helpless. The importance of having someone to talk to is priceless. I believe everybody should have a trusted listener to talk through tough times with.

Empathic listener
When you’re going through a tough time, one of the best things you can do is talk to someone to enable yourself to feel better. This service helps you to mentally and emotionally offload and talk through issues that may be keeping you stuck or overthinking. Sometimes you may not have a trusted, supportive person readily available to talk through things on your mind which is very isolating and damaging to your mental health.
