At Holistic Fitness & Wellness we focus primarily on effectiveness, results and the overall health of our clients. We combine clinical exercise and nutrition knowledge with, elite strength training and aerobic conditioning methods. Every workout and every nutrition plan is customized for each of our clients for maximum success.

Having balance is the key. Meaning you need to have eating habits that allow for progress and, go along with your lifestyle. Your workout regimen needs to be a combination of effective and enjoyable because if not it will be easy to skip. Getting enough sleep is also VERY important for hormonal balance and metabolism purposes. Last but not least hydration. Water is the most important substance that we put into our body. It contributes to every molecular process in our bodies, including food metabolism.

Being able to motivate, educate and inspire my clients to improve their health and wellbeing.

I realize that people deserve to have a personal trainer who has an in depth understanding of the clinical aspects of exercise. As well as, a breadth of knowledge as it concerns performance and weight loss. I want to make being healthy as convenient, safe and simple as possible.

I have dedicated the majority of my life to education and developing experience helping people attain health. I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science, Masters in Nutrition Science and a Doctorate degree in Nutrition Science (with advanced studies in bio-mechanics and exercise physiology).
