What do you love most about your job?
I love my job as everyday is different. I get to meet new customers almost on a daily basis and have great working relationships with my full and part time staff.
I pride myself on my work and this is why I have my surname as the name of my business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The roots of my business came from my parents who started this business in 1986.
After many years of working in the cleaning industry I was given the opportunity to take over the business where I took full advantage and have made massive changes and improvements over the years.
I get a massive sense of achievement and satisfaction in my work. From providing staffing to complete regular cleans for commercial clients or one off requirements for domestic clients. Everyday and every job is different, which keeps me motivated.

I like my customers to see my work and see written reviews from previous customers. This is why I chose Bark to help promote my business and our business Facebook page showing the professional work that we can complete.
I aim to be very competitive when it comes to pricing.
I prefer to have my business run on little overheads as this means our charges can remain competitive, which is a benefit to our commercial and domestic clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The changes we made during the pandemic came mostly to our commercial clients.
We are extremely H&S focused and this is proved by out Safe Contractor accreditation. With this in mind we made changes to the cleaning products we would use and more frequent changes in cloths.
These changes sound very simple but with many H&S procedures already in place there wasn't much for us to do.
We also pride ourselves on knowing there wasn't a single outbreak in any of our commercial clients buildings. We believed our small changes helped in preventing this happening
