First appointment was ok but once they got payments my treatment was not completed to expectation implant was not straight the crown looked crooked to one side and another crown was done with a post the crown fell out they are not good with major treatments implant. I will not recommend.

I have been coming to Highgate Dental practice for twenty years. The care, attention, and professionalism is second to none. Before I came to the practice I had experienced as many have the sometimes appalling dentistry found in the NHS system . My mouth was a mess. A mess. I was embarrassed to even smile. It took time but with the excellent care I found at the Highgate practice my dental health improved beyond anything I could have imagined. I had to have extractions, implants and then ongoing hygiene care, but It has been worth every penny. I got my smile back! At the end of the day it comes down to what do you want? Very disappointed my new crown came off after six weeks it didn't match my teeth that are whiter. It is quite upsetting to be provided with unacceptable treatment. Incompetent dr unprofessional more focused on proceeds than the quality of the work its an awful service. More...

I went to this clinic im really disappointed I had fillings done I now have pain that I didn't have at the start their excuses I had a deep filling. I went to another clinic i had a cavity still exposed next to the filling. My conclusion the dentist did not provide good treatment and care and the price i had to pay was ridiculous then endeavour such poor treatment its not acceptable. Its quite upsetting as we are already in hard times. I wouldn't recommend their services. More...

I have been terrified of the dentist for the last 20 years, thankfully this has changed since I started going to Highgate Dental Practice. The practice is friendly and relaxed with flexible time slots and availability to suit everyones schedule. I have so far seen Nectaria Polycarpou and Hugo Hagen. Both are extremely knowledgeable with a caring bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. The reception staff are also extremely polite and helpful. I now feel much less anxious regarding appointments and free to ask as many questions as I want regarding specific treatments. I would highly recommend the practice. More...

I really like this place...it's not one of those fancy places that are bright and shiny and feel plastic, but this is a rather cozy practise, with a fireplace in the waiting area and hard wood floors that are making those funny noises when you walk across them. ..My preferred dentist is Dr. Makori, whom I would recommend to my fellow Yelpers - he makes you feel comfortable right away and eases you into treatment with warm small talk. He explains the procedure well and talks you through all the details...I like that!I also like my hygienist, Ms Tucker, despite the fact that she always tells me outright that I need to floss more regularly! (In fact, this may point towards a kind of a cultural difference between American and British hygienist: the latter ones seem to be much more direct and straight-forward-honest with you?) More...
