Excellent professional service from dentist, hygienest and reception staff. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Excellent service. I undertook a big cosmetic project with Shilan for which he did not disappoint. It involved whitening, icon treatment and bouldering (fixing chips and worn spots) on multiple teeth. I'm so pleased with how my teeth look today.The process was good, Shilan suggested a good order for having it all done in and I was able to pay in stages as it went on. When I had some issues they were corrected quickly and immediately, going above and beyond what I technically booked and paid for, which was great, and Shilan was always available via email for questions.If you are looking to freshen up your grill then I strongly recommend High Oaks Dental practice. The staff are friendly and approachable. My daughters and I go there and they always make us welcome. The dentists give good advice and suggestions with no pressure, but of course they have our best interests at heart! I like the fact that we get reminders of our appointment via text or email and we can reply to say that we can still make the appointment or call them to re-schedule. A really exceptional practice. My dentist Shareen took the time to calm my fears as I was extremely nervous due to bad practice at another dental surgery. She is an excellent dental practitioner and I felt totally reassured by the time I left. The receptionist is such a friendly and welcoming person, that she immediately puts you at ease. As Ia very nervous patient I can highly recommend this lovely dental practice, I went in a crying, blubbering mess and ended up making am appointment to have my teeth cleaned, I don't know how the dentist managed to talk me round but he made me feel safe and relaxed and I'm actually feeling quite ok about going back, any one who knows me will know that, that is quite a revelation for me to say such a thing, I'm even thinking of having my teeth straightened, whats going on, did he hypnotise me without me knowing.

As an extremely phobic patient, High Oaks have been fantastic in helping me through an appointment requiring multiple fillings.

They booked extra time for my appointment with no patients after me on the day, and allowed me to spend lots time calming myself while in the chair.

They helped me through the process slowly, starting by acting out the process with the tools and syringe but with the protective caps on. Then acted out the process but without the caps, and always waited for my signal that I was comfortable before actually inserting the needle.

I cannot recommend High Oaks highly enough, and will certainly be returning for any future dental work. More...

Deciding to go for braces as an adult can be a daunting experience for anyone as there are so many different options and the cost is always at the forefront. My decision to go with High Oaks Dental Practice came from recommendations and reviews from patients. Almost two months into my treatment and I can already tell a difference. The entire experience so far has been extremely positive and Reena has dealt with my case with patient care at the forefront. I came to High Oaks following some work from another dentist that was poorly executed which led to the death and impending infection of one of my Molars. I was advised that Root Canal treatment would be required to solve the issue.

Previously, when faced with Root Canal treatment I opted for extraction due to fear.

I received Root Canal treatment on the advice of the dentist here and was completed last night without any pain or issue whatsoever. I had nothing to fear and being a very nervous patient, this was initially a fearful prospect.

I cannot recommend High Oaks and their staff enough, from inception they came across as knowledgeable and professional, with no pressure applied to choose NHS or Private treatment.

Going to the dentist does not have to be an awful experience, and High Oaks have reinforced this with their ethos towards nervous patients. More...

I was thoroughly satisfied with the treatment I received. I was seen urgently at short notice for a cracked molar, with substantial decay. I was quickly reassured, and given guidance and a temporary filling before returning a week later for Root Canal treatment. I was fully appraised of my NHS and Private options, and no pressure was applied to follow either path. I've been coming here for a few years now since moving to the area and always found the service top class. When I was in agony with an abscess, they went above and beyond to get me seen (and out of pain) on the same day for emergency treatment until proper treatment could be given, which meant so much. The dentist is lovely, very professional and good with younger children too. I also had my first appointment with the hygienist today as fear had put me off having this done for years and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless it was, it was a very positive experience.
