Oliver & his team at Hidden Kitchen MKE catered our wedding in September. All of our guests are still raving about how good the food was. The team was extremely friendly and adapted to the outdoor camp setting seamlessly serving food to the buffet line. Oliver made everything so easy for me during a stressful time. He was extremely down to earth and accommodating to my vision. Pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of the food. The team went above and beyond my expectations the day of the wedding! Sooo good! My first taste at the ThreeCellars opening party in Oak Creek. Had a chicken avocado wrap that was to die for. I highly suggest tracking this truck down and showing up hungry. You won't be disappointed!

Hidden Kitchen catered our wedding. My husband and I had a surprise wedding so literally about 10 people in the world knew what we were up to. Chef Oliver was one of them. He was a consummate professional. From our "tasting" where we learned about each other and created a menu to dealing with staff at our venue who proved to be more difficult than anyone expected, Oliver and his staff served food that people are still complimenting us on.
