I am a CAA Certified Pilot (UK Civil Aviation Authority) and insured to £1m public liability. It is important that you choose a licensed drone operator because I'm trained to the required legal professional level.

Surveying -

Roof surveys; We carry out emergency roof condition surveys to find evidence of slipped or missing roof tiles, aerial photography is the safest and most efficient way to accomplish projects such as these. Roof area surveys provide a detailed analysis of roof areas, which is possible with mapping software to achieve perimeter, pitch, surface area and edge measurements. This is then generated in a roof report which is 99.4% accurate. Typically both more accurate and more consistent than a manual survey.

Large areas of terrain can be surveyed within 15 minutes to produce volumetric reports, Digital Terrain Models, 2D and 3D maps which can be accessed by clients via a data cloud software, which can be used further for mark-ups and analysis.
