Absolutely wonderful company!! Nothing was a problem considering l had changed my venue details; but it was never a problem. My booking went according to plan without any problems. Highly recommend this company for the hire of there vehicles. This is the third time I have use Herts Limo services. This time for a girls outing to see PINK at Wembley stadium. Nigel was our driver, an absolute professional driver, he agreed with us a meeting place for after the concert and he was there waiting. He safely drove us all home, a thoroughly enjoyable journey home , stress free , fun and worth every penny we paid.My inquiry was dealt with efficiently by Karen in the office, she organised everything for us and then Nigel rang me the day of the event to introduce himself and go through final arrangements and to ensure we had his number for the night. We were upgraded to the Range Rover limo at the last minute and it made our day ! This company is the best. Omg they went above and beyond for my daughters birthday and I can't thank them enough. I was let down by another limo company on the day of my daughters birthday with just an hour to go on a Sunday of all days. Herts Limos rescued my daughters birthday by providing a limo at very short notice. Not only did they provide a limo at such short notice they provided balloons and bubbly and turned up on time. I cannot believe anyone giving this company any less than 5 stars. They deserve much more. Jane our driver left her family home to help us and went the extra mile. What company would do this. The limo was superb couldn't fault it at all. Honestly I can't believe how much this company helped me. This company is so kind and genuine as well as providing such a professional service. We attended ascot racing for my dads 60th birthday on Saturday and what a great day we had! We hired the Hummer H3. It was spacious enough for 7 large adults and very well equipped with sound system,TVs and lights. The little extra touches like balloons, banners and complimentary drinks were a lovely extra touch.Our driver Nigel was amazing.Very skilled and very professional!We felt very safe with his driving.My parents live on an extremely tight road but this was not a problem at all for Nigel!There was nothing that was a problem!Getting out of the venue in the crowds could have been a nightmare but Nigel was quickly at hand to arrange a pick up point that was convenient for us!(after we had walked past the first pick up point!lol!)This company was amazing from start to finish and I would highly recommend them especially Nigel! Hired the party bus for my daughters 11th birthday party. The company were fantastic from start to finish I booked a week before as her birthday is right after Christmas and even though the office was closed for the new year they still helped me out. The driver Abu was fantastic and very lovely even with 12 screaming 11 year olds. The route was amazing too through the city and over tower bridge. Herts Limos provided an extremely professional service. They text me to let me know my driver Victor’s number well in advance and as the limo was a surprise for my children, Victor made sure only to pull up to the house when we were ready. The limo was filled with balloons and with the lighting and music (we connected our phone) the ride to our party and back was one we will never forgot. H2 Hummer. Driver arrived early, had a seamless journey to the 02 for the BTS concert. I booked it for my step daughter and neice with their friends. They loved every minute of the experience. We booked the hummer last weekend to take us to London for a show and then collect us again in the evening. Everything was professional. I phoned lots of companies for quotes a few months ago and didn't get a good feeling until I spoke to Nalan who was efficient and to the point. Not like many others who wanted to waste 10 minutes of my time bad mouthing other limo companies. Ibrahim was our driver and arrived on time and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a limo to drive my party around and out of London for my 40th birthday - a 12-hour Sunday day job. I've only thought of the limo as a means to get from A to B but our incredible driver Nigel turned it into a party program feature in its own right! He arrived 10 minutes early with a presence of an elite body guard from a Hollywood production - discrete, professional and with a great sense of humour. The car was nicely prepared with "Happy Birthday" sign and stocked with sparkling wine and soft drinks. Nigel wasn't just driving the limo with grace in tight spaces, he expertly handled all incoming interactions with the outside world, magically appeared to open and close doors or retrieve things from the back, and volunteered great ideas to make our experience more fun.
