Helene was great to work with. The choice of colours, fabrics, furnishing etc can be overwhelming, but after taking the time to understand what we like and dislike, Helene made the process so much easier by shortlisting one great idea after the next. I particularly liked the fact that Helene didn't push her own agenda, but of course, she ensured everything we selected would be appropriate. We're delighted with the results. I'm writing this during the lockdown and feel so lucky to have such a beautiful home to spend time in - thanks to Helene. More...

Helene was a delight to work with. We looked forward to the "mood boards" each time we met to run through new ideas. The choice available in the market for fabrics and furnishings, not to mention colours, is overwhelming. However, Helene was able to shortlist ideas which not only eased the process for us, but also resulted in a stunning house. Helene was always quick to respond to queries, not to mention patient when we were a little slow in responding on occasion! More...

Helene has worked with me over the last 2 years to transform the look and feel of our house, starting with a small one room project and moving on to the refit of all our bedrooms and bathrooms. I have no hesitation in recommending her. Her network, experience and creative eye were invaluable in helping to make the myriad of choices available for everything work together for us and with very efficient use of my time! She worked very well with our builder and tradesmen and was on hand regularly to make sure all went well. Finally she persevered with the layout/fitting of one particularly tricky room when I would have given up and the result was well worth it. More...

What’s your interior design process?
We tend to work in several phases but it is dependant on the project.
Phase I - Concept Design: where we look at the layout of room and furniture, as well as producing mood boards to get a style direction.
Phase II - Detailed Design: refining and finalising layout, specifying every element of the scheme, from carpets, curtains and furniture, to paint colours, bathrooms and kitchens.
Phase III - Costing.
Phase IV - Project coordination: overseeing trades, liaising with architect & contractors.
Phase V - Implementation: ordering the goods, supervising delivery and installation.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We like to adapt our style to suit our client's needs, but we do tend to stay away from very minimal and all beige or grey interiors.
What do you love most about your job?
The interaction with our client/s and the experience of seeing a project develop from concept to finish. We also love finding creative solutions to interior design problems.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To have the freedom to let creativity flow without the restrictions of an in-house style.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a very flexible, friendly and hands-on approach: we always listen to our clients' needs and adapt our designs to best fit their tastes and lifestyle.
