The first thing that appealed to me was jaynes style. I was really drawn to her work because it captured the feeling of the day. After booking, jayne was organised, kept in touch and made us feel really heard. She was genuinely excited about the work- which I loved. She offered helpful advice based on her experiences but never pushed us to change our minds. We chose to take our pictures before the ceremony and jayne was so accommodating and wonderful. I can highly recommend Jayne if you’re looking for a wedding photographer to capture every part of your special day. We were married in November 2019 in the Epstein Theatre in Liverpool which we chose as our venue because we wanted something different from the norm. We also wanted our big day to suit our personalities and we spent ages planning every detail. I was recommended Jayne on Twitter and when we initially spoke it was clear that she was very enthusiastic about photographing a theatre wedding. We had a pre wedding shoot which was part of the package, to give us the chance to discuss our ideas and Jayne’s too. It also helped us to get to know her and feel comfortable (which was especially helpful for my hubby who hates having his photo taken!) Once we received the shots it was clear we’d made the right choice. On the big day Jayne was brilliant. Very calming and professional but also very patient (even with those guests who’d drunk a little bit too much!). She felt like a friend by the end of the evening. Jayne’s attention to the smallest detail was superb and the photos we’ve received perfectly capture our most memorable special day. We have some amazing unique shots in both colour and black and white and in years to come we can look at these and relive our wedding again and again. We cannot express how wonderful our wedding album from Jayne is.
I, as a plus size bride, was exceptionally worried about wedding photos.
Jayne was never too busy to message and encourage me.
We had a pre-marital shoot and she tried different things, which helped us become more comfortable in front of the camera, and also made us confident that she knew what kind of thing worked for us as a couple for our special day.
Jayne was just AMAZING on the wedding day too. She was so dedicated to photographing to the best of her ability, that she stayed in the area prior to our date to familiarise herself with the surroundings and routes between venues.
Most shots, probably around 85-90% are natural and she captured everything perfectly!
She did not cap the amount of photographs, she edited and gave us every single picture she felt worthy of our album.
I cannot stop looking through our wedding album and LOVE everything about it. She made me and my husband, as well as ALL guests feel comfortable and confident.
Jayne has documented our wedding day, through her talent, just PERFECTLY.
We cannot thank her enough. And, we can certainly not recommend her more.
