Anthony came over to help locate where a leak was coming from. It ended up being from a neighbouring property, the neighbour was notorious for being difficult but Anthony worked his magic and got access to his property to confirm the cause. Great job Anthony!

ANTHONY came to our house yesterday following a very serious and significant gas leak. It took him 2 hours to trace the leak, this man gas quite honestly saved our lives and we were told by 2 engineers we were lucky to still be he with such a significant leak. I will be forever grateful for what he's done. He had to remove flooring/carpet and take up the floor boards, he did this, fixed/replaced the pipes and put everything back including the carpet! Not only do I view him as a Lucky Angel but he's also incredibly methodical, professional, clean and tidy with his work but was also very patient and engaging with my autistic son. I will now prioritise getting an annual gas inspection and service with Heath Plumbing Services and will also be calling Anthony back in the future for plumbing work. Anthony was very professional, helpful, polite and punctual. It was clear the moment he arrived that he was going to provide a quality service. He attended my property twice - once was first thing on a Saturday morning, and the next time was after 8pm during the week. On both occasions he was in very good spirits and not once did it feel like the call out was an inconvenience to him. I had been waiting for two weeks for my insurance company to arrange a repair to my central heating system. The first two engineers they sent misdiagnosed the problem and were therefore unable to help me. But Anthony immediately identified the problem and once the insurance company authorised the replacement part, he returned and fitted it with the minimum of disturbance to me and my family.I can't recommend him highly enough and he will be the first person I call if I have any plumbing or heating problems in the future. Heath Plumbing Services provided excellent advice and customer service purely to help me, even though they would not gain financially. We couldn't understand why our daughter's water bill had increased markedly. I rang Heath Plumbing Services and spoke to Anthony to ask him to solve the mystery as no leak was visible anywhere. He was very busy and could not visit for another week but suggested how we could identify the source of the leak and then engage another plumber to fix it. Anthony gave freely of his time and expertise over the telephone. His advice was spot on and enabled my husband to find, isolate and stop the leak until a plumber could address it permanently. I was without heating & hot water for 3 days, I couldn't get anyone out, by chance I came across Heath plumbing & tried my luck to see if i can get someone out that night. I spoke with Anthony & within 40mins he was at my house trying his very best to get my hot water & heating sorted unfortunately we had no joy as my boiler was knackered, he recommended that I have a new boiler installed. As having elderly parents I needed to make sure they had heating & hot water, we agreed to have a boiler installed by Anthony we agreed a time for him to arrive & he was prompt & arrived on time that day with his co- worker mehmed, the 2 guys worked until they had my chc & hot water up & running & we were satisfied, & explained everything clearly. They both were friendly, efficient, reliable, professional, they are genuine plumbers & not the typical cowboy plumbers who talk the talk, I can say that as I've across few.
