Good design - it needs to be easy to navigate
Responsive - it needs to display well across all devices (think about how much time we spend online on tablets and mobile devices.)
It must have calls to action (we need to tell visitors what to do to help them become a customer.)
It needs to be visually appealing and quick to load
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Every client is different and we have a quick strategy call with you, this is to find out what you do and don't like and also what the most important things to you are. Also it's important to know what makes the project a success. That way, we are all working together to get the outcomes that matter.
What do you love most about your job?
Variety and the amazing clients I get to work with. it's a genuine pleasure helping businesses gain more business and being a part of that process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in the industry for more than 25 years so it's something that was a natural evolution as you often look at things and know they can be done better. Running your own agency allows you to realise those dreams and ensure clients are at the centre of all activity.
