I was very pleased with the service I received to replace our boiler. The sales and technical staff were helpful and after getting other quotes HFB were best value. Only negative experience was after finalising the installation and being told it would be within 5 days by the sales team the installation team said it wouldn't be for 2 weeks as it needed 2 installers. The day before the install I was told the boiler I had paid for was not available as it wasn't in stock HFB offered a upgrade at no extra cost. The installer was friendly and helpful. More...

Before Hassle Free Boiler I have gone through 2 boilers in 13 years at £5000 each. That is way more than monthly payment to Hassle Free. My Hassle Free Boiler plus Nest was installed in February 2017. Before that I was using over 2000m³ per year, now I am using less than 1500m³. That is a 25% saving.If the boiler ever breaks down I will call Hassle Free and won’t get “We can’t get the parts for that model, you need a new boiler.”I wish I could get Hassle Free on other items like electric showers. Hassle Free Boilers have been absolutely sublime with my installation, my old boiler packed in and within a week i have a brand new one put in, the sales team gave me all the knowledge i needed and quoted over the phone in minutes, and they have finance options available which really benefited us as we couldn't buy it out right, even their aftercare sounds brilliant, best company available to suit financial and general circumstances, i am a very happy customer and i will be recommending to friends and family!

Good experience from the onset - good advice and guidance from the team before purchase, and a very positive, friendly and professional gas engineer to fit the new boiler in a day. No mean feat in a four storey house. And...no sharp intakes of breath when he saw what he had to deal with! The only slight downside was that the engineer was a bit confused about the settings on the wireless timer/thermometer, so I have said to the company that it would make sense that they ensure all engineers are fully versed in understanding all the settings on these remote timers so they can tell the customer clearly what to do.
