Hartnell Gardens managed to breathe life back into our weather beaten and under appreciated balcony. Rob turned our disjointed ideas and limited space into a leafy and fragrant outdoor space complete with planters, herb wall and seating area. He had excellent ideas for plants that would thrive in the location and left us with plenty of advice on how to maintain our garden.
