My personal tutor Harry is sooooooooooo good. Patience and passion are the first two words you will think of when training with him. I have to say,he is not only a professional personal trainer but also an excellent therapist. I used to have stressed eating and often in bad mood but it has changed since my first session in January. I begin to be nicer to myself. He is not like other trainers I had before. Ever since i started training with Harry it's never been a dull session. I've trained with another PT before for a year but I've never seen any results. It's been 5 months since I've started with Harry and I can already see changes in my body & I've never been in better shape. Harry’s training style and techniques focus on core strength and stability as well as burning fat. I find his sessions really useful to bring a more functional and less intense workout to my workout schedule. By less intense I mean working around 80% throughout instead of 100%/ready to drop! I have actually found I’m getting better results from the slightly calmer, more focussed workouts than I was doing max intensity workouts all the time; I’m slimmer and more toned and most importantly I feel stronger and healthier. Started training with Harry a couple of months ago and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. He always goes above and beyond what I expect and has helped me to focus on form to assist with weak muscles, and is always more than happy to speak through and help me work through my anxiety whilst training. Harry is an absolute gem and I feel genuinely lucky to train with him. I mainly wanted to build confidence in the gym when I started training with Harry 8 months ago and now I'm feeling fitter, healthier, happier and stronger (and 8kg lighter! ) I've learnt so much about working out, the importance of sleep, my body and nutrition and now I really (honestly) look forward to going to the gym whereas it used to be a chore. The sessions are varied, fun and really dynamic. I'm even learning to do a hand stand! Harry is a great listener and he tailors the sessions really well for all of his clients. If you've got an injury, a goal, an area of weakness or a lack of confidence, he'll help you to conquer it. If you've got particular strengths, he'll help you to build upon them. I feel that he knows when to push me and when to support me and always throws in a good dose of humour as well! I always struggled to keep a training routine as my job implies a lot of travel. I was suffering from lower back pain after gym workouts, so I decided to seek out a PT to help me with my form. Harry has been a little miracle. He not only solved my back issue, but spent time researching potential reasons. He tailored our sessions to focus on strengthening my back and making me more aware of my posture. No back pain since. I have been training with Harry for nearly 1 year now. When I first started a lot of people asked why I decided to spend my money on a personal trainer. From day 1 it has been the best thing that I have done and spent my money on! I still have a long way to go but Harry has been great. I’ve been training with Harry since the start of this year and have never been stronger or more motivated. Physical results speak for themselves, but the overall benefits I’ve found through Harry’s holistic approach are amazing: lower stress levels, better sleep, healthier relationship with food. The guidance and support from Harry was just what I needed when I signed up in February this year. I was tired with my old gym routine, the motivation and results I once had were quickly draining away. Harry introduced me to a larger variety of different exercises which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This approach, along with great nutritional advice and bespoke training plans also felt more “real”, and has really motivated me and improved my confidence.
