The multi-latch lock on our front door became jammed and we couldn't open the door. Ian came out the same morning, got the door opened, replaced the lock mechanism with stock parts from his van and charged a very reasonable price. Great service highly recommended

Briliant service. Mr Johnston came to my mothers home at the end of a full day for him, having rung him mid morning. My mother was struggling to open her door locks. Ian, offered to service the locks or replace them. Servicing them improved the operation of the locks but they were still aukward for my 93 year old mother to open. I had a key broken off in the barrel of my electric bike and the bike shop couldn't fix it, so one of the guys met me very conveniently, and in about ten minutes fixed it and gave me a great discount. He also gave me good information about how to get my broken key copied, when some other store had told me it wouldn't work.
