As a nanny this has been a very good agency offering a variety of temp work for me which I have done to run alongside my nannying and in between positions they are very well organised and hard working both on the nannies side and families side they match both nanny and family very well and run the agency very effectively and are always happy to help with anything big or small. The team is very good and they have very communication skills which is just as important for nannies as well as the families. Harmony at Home Kent ran a mobile crèche at our first Mummytime pamper event for new Mums. During the event they looked after 30 children, with theyoungest being 10 weeks and oldest 2. 5 years. The babysitters were great. All qualified experienced nannies with a good understanding of babies'needs. Helen, the crèche manager on the day and who was running theregistration process, was very efficient and organised and helped a lot inplanning the event, providing valuable guidance and advice along the way.
