I couldn’t rate this company more highly. They are professional, helpful and very understanding of nervous parents. I would recommend them to anyone and the nanny they found us was a perfect match and fully qualified and competent.

I had to go to a wedding in the depths of Wales where children were not allowed. I had only ever left my children with family members or close friends but they weren’t able to help us. I tried a well known babysitting site that from the outset seemed incompetent and then after promising us a sitter then with only a month to go said she was no longer available and they had no replacement. I really started to panic and started contacting everyone I could find on the internet. Within moments of fill out the request form Jonny from Harmony at Home had called me. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. A pack arrived in the post a few days later explaining all about the company. Jonny then sent me constant emails to keep me updated on the progress of the search. They then found a wonderful babysitter who lived 10mins from the hotel. I had a phone interview with her a week before hand where she asked me all about the children and answered all my questions about her ability and experience. She then sent me a text message outlining what she was going to do with the children, which matched perfectly with my children’s interests. As I don’t normally leave my children I was worried there would be tears when I tried to leave but 2 mins after Elinor walked through the door my children where all over her. They had a wonderful day and even asked if she could look after them the next day. Harmony where a god send and the nanny they sent was Mary Poppins. Allie did a great job in providing two nannies to look after some guest's children at our wedding, as well as our own son. The candidates she put forward were excellent and she also organised visits so we could meet the nannies first. This was invaluable as it was the first time we'd be leaving our son with a non-family member. When one of the nannies could no longer take the job due to unforseen circumstances, Allie moved quickly to provide a suitable alternative who was available.Would definitely recommend this service. Allie is amazing, fantastic at her job and as a person! She helped me find my last job. She was very helpful, I didn't feel like I was dealing with an agency, I felt like I was dealing with a great, warm person who was supporting me all the time. Allie was so patient with us, we didn't know what kind of support we needed and we were suffering from sleep deprivation and my mental health was suffering as a result but Harmony at Home chatted through it all with us and kept in contact to find us the best person to suit our needs and budget. I called Allie Friday mid-day in need of a sitter to take care of our kids at our hotel room for a couple of hours the next day. Before the end of day, she had found a sitter with wonderful references. Allie made the process very easy for us.The sitter was great! Our kids really enjoyed being with her. Allie helped us find an amazing maternity nurse very short notice to fly over to Sweden and help us with our 5 week old twins who had colic. Allie listened to our needs and matched us with someone suitable straight away who we loved so much we extended her stay with us.
