I came to Rishikesh to do my yoga teacher training with Rishikul Yogshala school. Located conveniently right inside the same property was the Haritha centre. The wonderful atmosphere there made me decide to start the 14 hour ayurvedic massage course. The course normally takes 1 week, but since my yoga training was very intense, everyone at Haritha came forward to accomodate my very busy schedule. They left the timing of the classes up to me to make sure I can fully concentrate on both of my courses without stress. My teacher was Dimple and her skills, her teaching style and her patience exceeded my expectations. Everything I needed to learn was explained clearly and with attention to detail which made learning not only easier, but also fun! She has the gift of being able to deliver very professional classes with care, patience, but also a with her wonderful sense of humour, so be prepared to not only learn but laugh too. I feel very honoured and lucky to be taught by her. I am proud to say that within my time spent there she has not only became my teacher, but also my friend. From the bottom of my heart- THANK YOU, DIMPLE! The model for our massages was usually Ashish, the owner of the Haritha centre, which was very helpful as, being the specialist himself, he offered very helpful comments about our technique and gently corrected us when needed to make sure we come out of the course properly skilled and knowledgeable. Thank you Ashish for your never-ending patience! Everyone in the Haritha centre has made me feel welcome and always had a warm smile for me and for eveyone. Also thank you to the boys for making us wonderful chai! Much needed and appreciated! :-) I can only highly recommend Haritha ayurveda school and Panchkarma center in Rishikesh and all they offer- courses, massages, doctor consultations, cleansing treatments and much much more... Haritha Ayurveda School is a nice place to get some good massages. You also can make great Ayurveda massage courses. The stuff is very helpful and the serve you tea :) The place is close (10 minutes) to the Ram Jula and is six days open. Thank you for the good time Ashish, Dimple & Sita! More...

One of the best places for Ayurvedic massages in Rishikesh. I recieved a Massage from Dimple Rana, because my interest was also to make a training course in this place and she was the one who should teach it. After this wonderful massage she gave to me i just started my training the next day and i was so happy for this desicion. She tought me everything with so much patience and with a lot of awareness for each detail. Thanks so much to the Haritha Team!! I felt very good during all the training and in your loveley presence! I came across this centre when I arrived in Rishikesh. I was curious to learn about some treatments and met Ashish the owner and Panchakarma Consultant who gave me more details about it all, looked around the facilities which are very clean and hygienic, and so I signed up to a week of treatments. I am generally a healthy person but always open to trying new therapies to help the natural cleansing and healing process of the mind and body. I felt the most blissed out I have ever felt and relaxed deeply during and after treatments. I then had a week break and decided to do a second week of treatments! I highly recommend this centre and the Haritha therapists who are all very professional and friendly and make you feel right at home. I will most certainly be coming back for a yearly detox! Namaste, I am very glad to learn Abhyanga in Harita Ayurveda school. I took time many weeks to find ayurveda school where will give me all information that I never know before. Here is clarify all of thing what I want to know. That's why I choosed to learn here. They had an answer for me what I should learn.
