Hands on health was amazing, I was made to feel very comfortable. The assessment was extensive and gave me a lot of time to explain my symptoms. Initial corrections the chiropractor made showed improvement in strength and flexibility of some of my limbs. Will definitely be returning when I get free time off work. More...

Highly recommended. Having attended the clinic for many years now, I can recommend Hands on Health with complete confidence.
I suffered spinal damage many years ago and underwent surgery. Although this improved things for me at the time it did unfortunately leave me less flexible and with pain and discomfort at times, but Lara has always been able to alleviate this as well as treating any other joint/muscular problems I may be experiencing.
I like to book a regular visit to keep me mobile and enable any potential problem areas to be identified and adjusted.

I was in so much pain, I could hardly move my left arm and it was preventing me from sleeping. I'd been to the doctors, the hospital for an Xray and an osteopath but nothing helped. I first visited Lara after being left with permanent damage from Labyrinthitis. After giving up with doctors who were giving differing advice over the almost constant dizziness I was lucky enough to stumble across Hands on Health from a quick Google search. Would highly recommend to anyone. Many years ago I had serious back pain (following spectacular fall downstairs) and Lara was able to make me pain free very quickly. I still visit for the odd "MOT" which helps with general joint flexibilty and overall mobility. No disconcerting "cracking" as you get with some practitioners. Have been a very happy 'user' for many years. Started with a very painful back, which was cured and have been attending more recently for regular 'check ups'.
My wife had a problem with a lump just above the wrist which our GP had failed to resolve, but Lara found a cure very quickly. Have recommended the practice to others in the past and will continue to do so. We both continue to have a 'three monthly MOT' to ensure that we are in good working order!
