Living in the US I thought I would never get a chance to taste these lovely creations. But a trip to London landed me the perfect opportunity to try them. Omg I can't describe how flavorful they were (the raspberries were my favorite) the colors were so vibrant I hated to eat them. Easy to order online and great communication. I found Hanane on a Facebook search when my Macaron tower for my wedding fell through ons month before the day! had given up on my dream wedding 'cake' as I couldn't find anyone else that did them or who were affordable. I messaged Hanane praying she had my date free and luckily she did! We spoke lots about colours and designs over messenger however Hanane suggested we meet in person for a tasting. The tasting was incredible, there were several flavours to try and we discussed colour charts and fillings. I cannot describe to you how amazing these macarons tasted. I was even able to take some home to allow my parents to try! We then booked with a deposit and when I arrived at the venue on the day the tower was there waiting for me. i ordered a lot of the macarons from hanane after tasting one of them. they were sooooo nice!!! i needed some for my babys party and all of the guests asked me about where i bought them from! i have since then, bought some as they are really lovely! i have given hananes details to friends and family who have kids too as they were asking about it too! fully recommend!!! Hanane's macarons are absolutely amazing! I previously ordered a gift box for a friend's birthday (they were very impressed by them! ) so I decided to order a box just for myself. I attended a session on making macarons where Hanane was demonstrating. I was worried about trying macarons myself as I had always heard they were difficult to do, so thought this was the best first step - get to see how to do it so when doing it myself if would know if I was doing it wrong! Hanane was brilliant - she explained everything thoroughly and answered what must have felt like millions of questions from the group. She showed us it twice by making 2 batches of macarons and giving us the chance to feel everything throughout the process and pipe some of them ourselves so we could get an idea of what was needed. She also provided handouts which made the day much more enjoyable as we didn't need to worry about making notes. She has definitely been one of the best demonstrators I have been to so far.
