I have been training with Hamer for nearly 3 years following a dangerously sedentary lifestyle since giving up rugby aged 26. I am now 58 have two new knees. I have lost 2 stone and a lot of spare tyre (always room for improvement mind!). All thanks to Jimmy's sound and structured gym sessions and nutritional advice. No two session are the same with Hamer Fitness - always something new to look forward to! Jimmy and James make the hard work fun but challenging and always with a goal to aim for. The new place, an old tea storage shed is easily accessed with plenty of car parking close by. Its spacious, well equipped and furnished - and a perect venue. Lindisfarne rehearsed for their Christmas gigs here - its that humungous! Looking forward to achieving the next goal. More...
