I’m Josh Hall, a certified personal trainer with 5+ years in the fitness industry. I work in and around Northwood, Watford and the surrounding areas. I have access to gyms in Northwood (Darwin Wellness) and Watford (Graftism Gym). I also do home visits/outdoor training.

Q&As

I appreciate that everyone is different and everyone will have differing goals.

I specialise in body transformation, which includes rapid weight loss or strength and muscle conditioning. Both of these will include elements of: functional training, high intensity interval training, circuit training and bodybuilding. I also train clients who are looking for sports specific training as well, as I’m a former rugby player.

Whatever your goal is I’ll tailor our training towards your needs whilst bearing in mind your strengths and weaknesses and training aspirations.

There is no secret - it comes down to how much you want it and making sure that you keep yourself accountable during our training.

If you keep consistent with our training and listen to my training and nutritional guidance you’ll be half way there.

I make sure that I educate my clients on not only how to train, but also why we are actually doing so - this will help them on their fitness journey long term.

One thing that I feel is very important when it comes to health and fitness is goal setting. Setting realistic short and long term goals and monitor them strategically is vital when it comes to achieving results!

This is an easy one for me! Helping people. There is nothing more rewarding than helping others improve physically and mentally as well.

I genuinely do care for and half a relationship with every single one of my clients!

On a personal note I’ve always wanted to work for myself. Everything is down to me - it can be stressful at times but I love the pressure! It helps me to contine to strive to improve myself, help more people, and grow my business.


I have a very unique style of training. I mix up every session I do with my clients - no two sessions will be the same!

I feel this helps my clients stay motivated - it’s always worked so I won’t be changing this anytime soon!

I’m a people person in general - you’ll realise this from the first time we meet/speak!
