How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Healthy diets are crucial as food is our energy source and our medicine. However diets are very poor these days with processed foods and poor soils. A healthy diet is crucial to remineralise the body however we find most people needs supplements to adjust body chemistry for the better. Many people have weak and leaky guts, poor digestion, food sensitivities, low stomach acid and more....if you are not digesting and assimilating the nutrients then healing can take a long time. We help people to eat well and heat their guts.
What do you love most about your job?
I love showing people how the picture we get of cellular activity from a hair analysis can explain their symptoms and what they can do about them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The science of Dr Eck and the expanded version by Dr Wilson inspires people worldwide and it is a priviledge to help people and work with Dr Wilson. Having suffered from chronic fatigue myself after giving birth to 3 children and being in the health and holistic world, I realised we needed some form of assessment to really know what nutrients were missing and what were in excess in the body. Hair analysis assesses whats going on in the cell. The blood is a snapshot where as the hair is a longer term look showing averages over a couple of months.

My services are done remotely and online via zoom or skype - the hair test is done via post.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There is no need to meet in person. You get the hair test kit and send it off and we receive the results via email and we do the consultation online.
