What do you love most about your job?
I love hearing from customers, different ideas they have so I can experiment and try out new ideas. I enjoy working with original ideas and perfecting them but my passion lies with ideas outside the box and that I haven't seen anybody do before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have grown up baking cupcakes with my grandparents and parents my whole life. It was only when I started my challenging career that I needed a past time completely different to my job to unwind. I started researching different flavours, techniques, piping nozzles, colours and any inspiration I could find and with close family and friends trying out my finished products, it was them that suggested I was good enough to make this in to a small business.
