I started seeing Helen as I have suffered from anxiety and depression from a very young age. I have always taken medication for it, in which I have struggled to come off over the years. I have now completed five sessions with Helen and I feel fantastic. I've now been off the tablets for nearly 5 months. I am so much calmer and happier in myself. I went to see her because I was afraid of flying and I was due a long-hold flight.

I am really pleased with the results, Helen is easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed from the first session. She is very professional and explains everything in details. She helped me retrain my mind and getting read of the fear which in turns it also helped reduce stress levels.

I am really pleased I saw her as I cannot believe how easy it was to get the results I needed. This wasn't the only benefit that I gained I actually feel much more positive and I am more relaxed about life in general.
