Guardhome supplied and fitted our alarm system which my wife and I have always been very pleased. A spate of local burglaries and vehicle crime in an otherwise quiet village prompted our interest in a CCTV solution. Eric the owner carried out a site survey and suggested a logical and cost effective CCTV solution for us, I had asked for PTZ style cameras but Eric was quick to point out the drawback of these cameras for our home which also helped save some cost.Darren the senior engineer carried out the install, he is polite and knows his stuff, he kept me informed of progress throughout the day and gave me training on how to use the system and the App.Knowing that I now have instant access to my home remotely and that Guardhome are on hand to support both my alarm and CCTV has given me valuable peace of mind. We had our alarm system fitted about 3 years ago now, it has always proven to be invaluable to us. We go away quite often and it's always reassuring to know that this Guardhome security system is looking after our home. Added to this is the feeling of secure comfort at night, knowing that our system is watching over our home and deterring thieves of the night. We loved that Eric and his team ensure we are confident about how are system works and they are ready and willing to explain again anything I may have forgotten. You cannot truly appreciate how good a GuardHome alarm is unless you have one. Everything about GuardHome is professional and it is clear that my needs were the focus of attention, it is worth paying that extra amount for this alone.
Because it is so easy to use I use mine all the time. I know that it works properly so it gives me the peace of mind and reassurance to leave my home and sleep soundly at night. Even if I hear a noise, I just know there can't be anyone in my home.
I have added smoke and CO detectors to my system so I feel even more secure and safe even when away from home as the system notifies me by phone.
My elderly mother has a system in her home now as well, so if ever she is need of assistance, she just presses a button on her waterproof personal alarm and I receive a call.
When it comes to security, opting for a cheap solution was never a consideration for me, because I wanted a system that worked from someone I trusted. GuardHome is a cut above the rest.
