Absolutely love Gunderson's! Alysa has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgable with me and my fiance. She's very friendly and remembers details about what we have talked about in the past, which makes it feel much more personal. She was very patient with my indecisiveness of picking out wedding bands and answered all of my numerous questions. I always take my watch to Gundersons when it needs repaired. Batteries, clasp the regular maintenance. I have been going to Gundersons for more than 10 years. I brought my watch in for repair tonight and was able to meet the Watchmaker. I wasn’t able to catch his name but he was a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. All the staff at Gundersons are nice but it was nice to be able to talk with the actual Watchmaker vs just a customer service representative or sales person. My boyfriends family has always shopped at Gunderson’s so it only seemed fitting we did too when we started looking! Deb Willer was awesome in helping us and very patient with us while I tried on ring after ring and was very knowledgeable on all the different styles and cuts of diamonds to choose from. When you walk into Gunderson's you are met with a gorgeous showroom filled with beautifully crafted jewelry. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Gunderson’s is amazing! My sister-in-law has a beautiful ring from there and has only raved about it since. They provide excellent service with a family friendly atmosphere. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful pear shaped amethyst ring for my birthday from Gunderson's 2 year ago. Janelle was the sales professional helping us that day and she did an amazing job! She asked us what we wanted and helped us find the perfect ring. She did not rush us and let us take our time looking. I take my ring in to get it cleaned every couple of months or so and have been treated very well each time. Every experience I've had at Gunderson's has been lovely, but most recently I went through the process of having a ring custom-made. We used the solitaire diamonds from my mother's anniversary ring and my husband's grandmother's wedding ring. Best jeweler ever! I lost an earring (totally my fault, not the earring's) and found it in the parking lot at work. It was squished and I was devastated. I contacted Samantha; she was very gracious and helpful. I returned the earrings to Gunderson's and the jeweler was able to repair the squished one. They're spectacular again! I have never had any bad experiences from Gunderson's. Everyone there has been so helpful and their service has been top notch. They have a great selection and yet my fiance decided to get a custom ring for me. It was beautiful and reasonably priced. I had a couple of diamonds fall and they had no issues replacing them each time and I had asked if they would consider remaking the whole ring so the diamonds wouldn't fall anymore. They were more than happy to help and my ring is still perfect and I haven't had any issues since. I recently had them custom make a ring for my fiance as his wedding ring. Being that my future husband ordered my engangement ring, everything turned out amazing I just needed to go up a tiny bit in size to account for my fingers possibly swelling turning the hot summer months.
My ring has horse hair inlayed into the middle of the ring. This being said I was fairly nervous on how it would react to the heat during the resizing process.
Every single person I encountered at this store was simply a dream to work with and very helpful. The jeweler himself made sure to come out and talk to me and let me know that he will take special time to ensure my ring did not heat up above his comfort level and answered any questions I had. Over all I was very happy with the price, quality, and time frame with my experience here.

Gunderson's, and in particular Samantha and Cody, made this daunting and intimidating experience a completely enjoyable one all of the way through the process. My girlfriend and I were anxious to begin this experience, not sure where to start or what to look for or even when in the world we even wanted it. However, because of the commitment, responsiveness and most importantly, the fun loving interaction we had with them, we completely changed on minds on the entire process and enjoyed returning to the store time and time again throughout.
