Guard Dog stands behind their warranty... Had a problem with the batteries or charger at one time and they shipped new charger and batteries out to me free of charge. Few years after purchase the flashlight quit working... Sent in for repair (shipping on me) and they fixed and sent back (shipping on them). GREAT COMPANY AND WILL BUY AGAIN FROM THEM!!
