I had an excellent experience with Mark. Upon entering his offices I was immediately made to feel at ease. He first explained to me the process that would be followed when conducting the session. We then proceeded to commence the photo shoot - it proceeded very smoothly and he had a knack for capturing on camera the essence of the representation I was looking to have conveyed. Had a very pleasant experience with Mark. I arrived for my head shots completely soaked through (honestly, we're talking drowned rat). He told me not to worry and to come back later as the make up artist would be around for another shoot and would fix my drenched hair. I was sure I was unphotogenic and actively avoided any situations where I had to have photos taken. I realised this was an issue and when I need corporate headshots it's not enough to use Facebook photos and booked in with Mark. It was the right decision; he was completely understanding of my situation and spent lots of time going through the mechanics of it and explaining where the light was coming from and how to stand etc. It helped hugely and I'm really happy with the results.
