I came to Jessica with several issues and have completed two programme's with her; health and mind reset programme. I enjoyed both progamme's and have seen incredible results with both. The health programme has given me the tools to continue to restore my health in many years to come (it became a way of living!), and the mind reset has been a real eye opener that anything is possible. Jessica has been incredible. For more than ten years I had been seeing a number of General Practitioners and Specialised Doctors and no amount of medication had been able to improve my Hormonal Imbalance, Cystic Acne, PCOS, Hair Loss, fatigue, fluctuating weight and very painful periods. But instead, conventional medications made me have further bloating and digestive issues. Not only my health wasn’t great, my self esteem was very very low and I was suffering with daily anxiety, stress and panic attacks that I didn’t know how to deal with.I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Jessica for giving me the tools to get my health back in such a natural way. Because I met Jessica.We also looked at healing a nervous condition I have, and although that hasn’t miraculously vanished, it has improved, and more importantly my mood and attitude towards my own healing has ! After living on a very poor diet, too many carbs and sugar, I decided to visit Jessica to find out what vitamins/minerals my body was lacking.
Little did I know, she could work wonders with other health issues.
On arrival, I was an emotional wreck, which showed up on my print out. Jessica listened to all of my woes and made me feel relaxed and set about sorting out my body and explaining how it could be fixed.
I had a diverticulum on my urethra which was operated on in 2009, unfortunately it has come back and has grown around my urethra, making it inoperable until it grows bigger. I was on my third lot of antibiotics and was popping painkillers like sweets. The pain was unbearable and debilertating, making life miserable. All the doctors could do was to manage the problem with antibiotics and painkillers until such time, they could operate. I had been taking antibiotics for years !
Jessica prescribed different herbs and changed my diet and since then I have never looked back. It has been months now that I haven't had to take an antibiotic or painkiller - I can't believe that my pain has gone. I have since been back to the hospital for my yearly check-up and the diverticulum hasn't grown in size (and I am hoping it won't as it is a very risky operation).
My life is back to normal and I have given the antibiotics/painkillers the heave hoe !!
