Greent Strength is amazing! There is not a better place to be found for learning the most healthy and effective techniques for solid foundations in strength and mobility. The instructors are constantly gaining new knowledge from the best in the world, and they are excellent at passing this down to us. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Green Strength is located within the Athletic Recovery Center (ARC).ARC is the premier athletic recovery location in OKC, or anywhere in OK to my knowledge!
