Pre order shed lifetime15 X 8 back in 5 July, money been taken out on the day but still not receive item. Call them few times been given wrong information date. Lack of communication from them. Now telling me that I would get my shed week commencing the 5th September , I do hope they do it this time. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Was given a delivery date so took a day off work to ensure I was in. The greenhouse never arrived and I did receive any contact from the company to let me know either. I did not even receive a call from them next day despite leaving messages. I had to chase them twice to see what was going on. The greenhouse was just left outside my house the day after with no warning. Very unprofessional. More...

Instructions must have been written by someone in an office that has never tried to follow them to construct a greenhouse. It makes no clear reference to how the various profiles do. Tells you to do the nuts up loose. But if you do this. The profiles just fall apart as it all needs to be tight to stay together. It later tells you to tighten it all up. Then later. When you come to fit glazing. You need to remove several of the profiles again.
They say new improved glazing system. Without the fiddly clips. But the fiddly clips have been replaced by a new type of fiddly clip.

After constructing my Cotswold shiplap bike shed and Cotswold reverse apex shed i couldn't be happier with my purchases. Both sheds were of excellent quality, the description on your website was accurate and the dimensions precise.
I found the construction much easier than expected with the clear instructions provided (and that's having never built anything bigger than an Ikea wardrobe)
Customer service was friendly and very helpful and delivery was as promised even down to deepest Cornwall.

So, my new greenhouse was delivered and installed last week. Just a quick note to say I'm delighted with my purchase. I needed a very small greenhouse to slot in next to my shed and a fence, a gap of 5ft ! I was given a number of models to consider and opted in the end for a little Eden Birdlip, 4ft x 6ft in green.
It's a super little green house and paying to have it installed was worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends as I'm really pleased with the service and product I bought. More...

Having never owned our own greenhouse before my husband and I was rather confused as to which particular greenhouse might suit our needs best. Having visited a garden center and calling a few online retailers it was beginning to look like a very tiresome task indeed. I called and asked a pre-sales question about a palram shed for £400 that stated on their website was available to pre-order and delivery was mid March 2016 (I made the enquiry on 8th March 2016). When I was told it was not available to pre-order and that none where in the country I mentioned that it doesn't state that on their website and his reaction was quite short and abrupt as if I was the one in the wrong.

What has happened to good, honest customer service...and this was before I had even purchased the product. I will be going elsewhere and suggest other people do to! More...
