Can't fault this professional and reliable firm who have provided my daughter's school taxi service twice daily. Her regular driver Raja Saqib Ali is wonderful. The rating would be zero starts if it was possible! I booked a taxi to collect me from Gatwick airport, my flight due to arrive at 11. 30 pm on the 3rd July. My flight details were confirmed by email and I received an acknowledgement. The flight was delayed and arrived at 1.45 a.m. There was no taxi, I called them and they claimed to have the booking for the next day although they seemed aware of my delayed flight arrival time! As I was stranded (and alone) at the airport, I asked if they could help and the operator asked me to "give him 5 mins and he would call me back". No call. In the end I had no option but to get an airport taxi and pay £140 to get home to Reading!
I can only assume they just couldn't be bothered because of the flight delay. I emailed them the next day but no response, that in itself a clear indication of their couldn't care less attitude and complete lack of customer service.

Booked taxi for 3am the following morning to airport , so obviously important to be punctual. Got a txt to say booking was confirmed, got a txt on the morning of travel 15 mins before pick up time to say the taxi has been dispatched , got a txt just before he arrived. All good. 5*

I is name belhoussine drissi, calling I Bellend or Drizzle. Highly recommend for doctor appointments or meetings, very useful. Outrageous sometimings traffic is bad in Reading pouring so Everybody Knows. Taxi drivers ok even me complainings ok sometimings sore head too hard much. Very cheaply so I paying is few quids extra for big tip driver, full tip.To sum it up good days and bad days down here softly. Fantastic service and good rates. I've used Green Metro a few times now, they are always on time, if not early. They send a text to say the car is on its way and a text to say it's waiting. Mostly have a good experience, however the reason for not giving a 5* review is due to the fact some drivers can be rude. Also what I was slightly concerned with was that one driver seemed to think it was acceptable to drive with a front headlight out . It was around 10pm and he said he wouldn’t accept any long journies but would stay local. This is unacceptable as not only is he putting himself in danger he is putting passengers and other road users in danger as well. I have used this service many times. Sometimes they are on time and we have no problems, other times as other customers noted they are late and lie about it. All in all I am a returning customer, I understand the fact that they might be late and plan accordingly. I say that because I have used other companies and it`s the same thing with the untrustworthy drivers. Very pleased with the service. Picked up on time to take me to Gatwick airport. Telephone customer service good. Polite even after i rang back several times to check timings and change return journey details. Cars clean and drivers smart. Never waited longer than 30mins and usually end up in a Prius (Hybrid) which are so much better...
