Greaves Gardening

Absolutely abysmal dealing with this so called gardening business. Not once in the passed year have the same gardeners turned up. Despite giving them a written list of work required not once was it carried out. Total lack of contact from their "office" despite telephoning or e mailing. We regrettable signed a contract so any future customer beware !!! as there is a clause whereby a three month clause means they will continue to come and payment has to be made whether they come or not. At the last visit which lasted less than ten minutes they cut a hedge which their manager said should nut be cut until next April. More...

Arrived at work to find a Greaves Gardening van parked in my parking space. Not a pleasant experience in dealing with this company.

I was let down and left in the lurch by Hugo Greaves . I arranged for my grass to be cut and my garden tended whilst I was on holiday with a view to taking out a contract on my return . When I returned from holiday nothing had been done in the garden . I tried to contact Hugo Greaves to find out what the problem was , but he simply ignored my emails .What a way to do business and how rude not to have the decency to reply to me , at least I had not committed to such a firm by taking out a contract . Absolutely awful. Came twice when it was rainy so heavily it was impossible to cut grass or weed, but still insisted this was ok.
Left weeds in the path. Never the same people. Were told to phone before each visit to ensure access to the back garden, but again this never happened. Can not recommend them. More...
