Y'all, there is no other catering option worth considering. Amelia and her husband Rick are INCREDIBLE. First of all, this is not wedding food. This is steal-from-your-neighbor's-plate, eat-until-it-hurts southern cooking. Amelia did our main meal, apps and late night food truck and YOU GUYS people are still talking about it. She was able to accommodate our guests with Celiac's and dietary restrictions and is also just the sweetest human being. One of my husband's groomsmen, a regional CrossFit competitor, had his plate so piled high with meat it could have touched Jesus and I've never seen him so happy. We first met Amelia at an open house at Haue Valley and immediately fell in love with her bacon wrapped potatoes. We were ready to book with her on the spot but did a formal tasting to talk through the menu where she was able to be very accommodating to various dietary needs for our guests. She was able to transform the whole meal to gluten free and made an amazing vegan meal for 2 of the people in our wedding party. One of them ended up needing to leave immediately after the ceremony because of a family emergency and she packed it up for him and he was able to take it with him. The food was hands down one of my favorite parts of our wedding. The very first time I tried the food was at my venues open house and my parents and my husband knew that was the food for the wedding. It was perfect. They were so accommodating and the prices were perfect for us. I would recommend them to anyone I know! Looking forward to having it again sometime!!

Amelia at Graze is wonderful!! She was sweet, understanding, easy to work with, and she makes incredible food! It was difficult narrowing down the menu for our wedding because we loved everything! Guests gave great feedback on the food, and could not get enough of the bacon-wrapped potato bites. The entire Graze staff was punctual, professional, and set/up and took down the buffet so well - we didn't even notice these things happening. Our daughter was married this past weekend. Graze catering hosted our cocktail hour, best decision we could have made. While they were taking photos, our guests snacked on appetizers.
