What do you love most about your job?
I don't have a job, I have a life. My mission in life is to inspire people around me, and I get to do that on a daily basis. There is nothing more fulfilling for me than being able to provide somebody with the key that unlocks their true potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have my own business because I was a very frustrated employee. I know what it feels like to be trapped. Whether that entrapment is a relationship, a dead-end career, a failing business or your own untapped potential, everyone has a choice that can lead them in a different path. Being able to assist people with finding their right path is what inspired me to start my coaching business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I coach from experience. I don't follow somebody else's formula. I am comfortable knowing where I can and cannot add value to the life a coaching student and I will not take on a student if I do not fundamentally believe I can take that student to a new level of growth. I choose the student as much as the student chooses me, because I know that I put too much energy into my business to give it to someone who is not ready to grow. When the student is ready the coach will appear.
