Granite Transformations Newcastle

We have just had Granite Transformations install new worktops, glass mosaic tiles and new sink and taps....we are thrilled with the result and how different our kitchen looks!

From the onset, Karen quickly replied to my enquiry of a quote with a friendly phone call and we arranged a day she could visit to give me a quotation. I had a price I was prepared to pay which I didn’t say what it was and the quote was close to what I had envisaged, which I thought was extremely good for the quality of materials and workmanship!

I decided to choose an expensive range of sink and taps which karen explained to me were a designer range which would increase the price and did I want to chose something from the normal range, of which I really did appreciate her honesty and therefore I knew I could trust I would receive a very honest quote (I went with the designer range!). What I also thought was a good idea, was having the quote emailed to me so I felt under no obligation to accept the quote whilst Karen was here.

Within a week of placing my order, Lee came to measure up and draw templates in preparation for my work tops and they were installed a few weeks following that.

Lee is fabulous!! He works amazingly hard and never stops all day, even for lunch! He was here a total of 3 days and worked solidly and came back another day to ensure I was happy with his work and to check the grouting in my tiles (he’s a perfectionist!). My kitchen was left clean after each visit and in between each of the days he was working on it which I completely appreciated, as I expected to almost have a building site for a few days!

Both Karen and Lee visited last week to ensure I was happy with all of the work Granite Transformations had carried out which I most certainly am! It was like coffee with two friends, they’re both very polite, approachable and honest!

I would not hesitate to recommend Granite Transformations to family and friends as I found the price to be very reasonable (considering I chose the expensive range of everything) as well as very efficient, trustworthy and workmanship finished to a very high standard, THANK YOU!
We love our new kitchen and now have a lot of jealous family and friends! More...

Wow, my kitchen looks great . . . so much bigger and brighter. The installers were pretty amazing too and even hoovered up before leaving. Great Job !
